to be effective.  The word "we" may be substituted
for "I" and the word "us" may be substituted for
"me" when praying in or for groups.

Prayer for Protection

Thank you Heavenly Father for giving me one more day of life!
Thou art the one true God!  I shall have no other before thee!
Without thee, I can do nothing, 

I ask thy help, Heavenly Father, to ease my suffering.
Heal my infirmities, oh Lord, that I may do thy will.
Soothe my brow with the coolness of thy wisdom;
And protect me from the treachery of the evil ones.

Lead all those who would harm me into confusion;
And let those who plot my demise be confounded.

Expose them, oh Lord, that their lies be laid bare
as bones picked by vultures in the desert;
 and their attacks on me result in their defeat; 
that they may never again wield power
over any nation, state, or people.

These things I pray in Christ Jesus name.

Request and Declaration

Lead my perps, Heavenly Father,
out of the darkness and into the light.
Help them to desert the Devil's army
and come unto thee.

Defeat their treachery 
and keep me sound in
body, mind and spirit that I may
continue in thy service.

Shelter me, oh Lord, 
with the white light of thy eternal love, 
shield me from the evil ones;

for I belong to thee, Heavenly Father, 
for now and
through out all eternity.

The Lord's Prayer

Our Father, who art in Heaven;
Hallowed be thy name;
Thy Kingdom come, 
Thy will be done,
On earth, as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day, our daily bread;
And forgive us our trespasses 
as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Lead us not into temptation;
And deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom;
the power; and the glory, forever!
